Structure of the Deanship of Student Affairs

Dean:

This means the Dean of Student Affairs, who is responsible to the Rector of the University for managing the Deanship of Student Affairs and is responsible for managing the affairs of the Deanship in all its fields. Serving students and taking care of their affairs provided that he must be a Ph.D. holder.
Vice Dean:
Alternatively, Assistant Dean – is the person who helps the Dean in performing his task, conducting the work of the Deanship, and performing his duties as determined by the regulations – provided that he must be a Ph.D. holder in the humanities or a Master’s degree holder at a minimum.
Student Affairs Secretariat:
This body works with the Dean and his Deputy in carrying out secretarial work (printing and filing). The person discharging these works must be a Bachelor’s degree holder in the humanities at a minimum.
Student Supervision:
Represented in its two sections (psychological and social), supervision is responsible for providing psychological and social care, guidance and counseling services.
Conduct and Discipline Officer:
He is responsible to the Dean for controlling the behavior of students in the areas of general appearance (dress – hairdressing), and behavior towards students and university employees. The one responsible for these tasks must be a holder of a Bachelor of Humanities at a minimum.

It is the representative body of students enrolled in the University from various faculties and nationalities and is concerned with organizing the cultural, social, scientific and sports activity of students.

• Alumni Association:
It is the body that includes University graduates. It aims at strengthening relationship with the University and seeking the University’s support for their career, so that the University could gain their loyalty. In addition, the Association follows up developments in the University which can in return benefit from their views based on eir practice.
