Nile University emblem is made up of a group of symbols combining history, culture & science
- The blue Colour stands for the life giving waters of the Nile
- The Yellow Ochre symbolizes gold for which Nubia was known in ancient times.
- The Middle Shaft of Light stands for knowledge, learning, and their subsequent illumination of the mind
- The four symbols at the base of the emblem spell the word “Nile” transliterated in the Meroetic alphabet.
