📢 إعلان هام لطلاب جامعة النيل

أعزاءنا الطلاب والطالبات،
السلام عليكم ورحمة الله تعالى وبركاتة

نفيدكم بأنه تم تأجيل جميع الامتحانات المقررة يوم السبت الموافق 12 أبريل 2025 إلى يوم السبت الموافق 19 أبريل 2025، وذلك لإتاحةً الفرصة للطلاب الذين عليهم التزامات مالية لتسوية أوضاعهم المالية قبل موعد الامتحانات.

المراكز المعتمدة لعقد الامتحانات هي:

• مركز دنقلا
• مركز القاهرة
• مركز جدة

نرجو من جميع الطلاب متابعة الجداول المعدّلة على الموقع الإلكتروني، والتواصل مع مسجل الجامعة أو منسقي المراكز لمزيد من التفاصيل.

وقد تم هذا التأجيل حرصًا من الجامعة على تمكين جميع الطلاب من أداء الامتحانات، خصوصًا أولئك الذين لديهم متأخرات مالية عن العام الدراسي أو الفصل السابق.
لذا نرجو من المعنيين التواصل العاجل مع مكتب مسجل الجامعة أو قسم الحسابات لمعرفة وضعهم المالي واستكمال الإجراءات المطلوبة لضمان إدراج أسمائهم ضمن قوائم الجلوس للامتحانات

شروط الاطلاع على النتائج:

• سداد ما لا يقل عن   50%من إجمالي المتأخرات المالية.
• تقديم تعهد خطي بسداد المبلغ المتبقي قبل استكمال إجراءات التسجيل للعام الدراسي الجديد.

🔬 بخصوص التدريب في المراكز الخارجية (لطلاب طب الأسنان، المختبرات الطبية، والكليات الأخرى):

نؤكد على أن إدراج أسماء الطلاب في قوائم التدريب بالمراكز الخارجية يتطلب استيفاء الشروط التالية:

1. إكمال كافة استمارات التسجيل للفترة الدراسية الجديدة، وتسليمها إلى مكتب التسجيل مرفقة بإيصالات السداد.
2. سداد رسوم التسجيل والرسوم الدراسية للفصل الدراسي الأول من العام الجديد، حيث يُعد هذا شرطًا أساسيًا لتثبيت اسم الطالب ضمن قوائم التدريب بالمراكز المعتمدة.

نهيب بجميع الطلاب والطالبات المبادرة باستكمال هذه الإجراءات باسرع فرصة ممكنة، حيث لن يُنظر في تسجيل أي طالب لم يستوفِ الشروط أعلاه.

Important Notice to Nile University Students

Dear Students,

We would like to inform you that all exams scheduled for Saturday, April 12, 2025, have been postponed to Saturday, April 19, 2025, in order to give students with outstanding financial obligations the opportunity to settle their dues before the exam date.

The approved exam centers are:
• Dongola Center
• Cairo Center
• Jeddah Center

We kindly ask all students to check the updated schedules on the university website and to contact the University Registrar or the center coordinators for further details.

This postponement reflects the university’s commitment to enabling all students to sit for their exams, especially those with outstanding dues from the previous academic year or semester.

We therefore urge affected students to urgently contact the Registrar’s Office or the Accounts Department to check their financial status and complete the necessary procedures to ensure their names are included in the exam seating lists.

Conditions for viewing exam results:
• Payment of at least 50% of the total outstanding dues.
• Submission of a written pledge to pay the remaining balance before completing the registration procedures for the new academic year.

🔬 Regarding training at external centers (for students of Dentistry, Medical Laboratories, and other Faculties):
Please note that inclusion in the training lists at external centers requires meeting the following conditions:

1. Completing all registration forms for the new academic period and submitting them to the Registrar’s Office along with payment receipts.
2. Paying the registration and tuition fees for the first semester of the new academic year, as this is a mandatory requirement for confirming the student’s name on the approved training center lists.

We urge all students to complete these procedures as soon as possible, as no student who has not fulfilled the above conditions will be considered for registration.
