Social Responsibility
Deanship of Student Affairs
We have formulated the vision, mission and principles that guided all the plans and activities of Nile University so that we can find pathways to incorporate philanthropic contribution as part of the social responsibility of our organization. This is only the start. There is no shortage of ideas and we believe that where there is a will there is a way.
A considerable portion of the returns of Nile College is set aside for philanthropic purposes.
Nile University has a program of subsidized educational opportunities and excellence benefits for qualified but less privileged students especially those from peripheral states and refugee background.
We welcome & support young scientists and are open to innovative approaches in education and health services in particular those related to issues in developing countries.
Nile University has attracted a cadre of highly qualified scientists with wide research interests and experience. A Centre for medical research has been established to promote internal and external partnerships.
Research funds are made available through the university budget with an eye on relevant areas to community health and service research.
We would like to take this opportunity to call upon philanthropic and research institutions and organizations to contact us if they find that our plans will further their goals. (hospital.project@nileuniversity.edu.sd)
